Soriana Mercado - Patzcuaro

This is a sad store for a Sorianas. Its dilapidated. It has very little to offer. The prepared food is just food poisoning. I cant believe a new manager hasnt been brought in as the current one has run it into the ground. The shelves are half empty. It is top 3 worst Sorianas in Mexico. Very very dirty. No employees to help. They should sale to Walmart as they have about 30% unused space. Very disappointed in this store.

Kids love the doughnuts! And a quick word on how the doughnuts work... Pick up one of the aluminum platters and tongs at the counter in bakery then select your treats, return to counter and one of the staff will package and price them, the pay as normal at front registers.

Nice Market, helpful staff, nice wide aisles, vegetable produce is very skimpy, it's in good shape there's just not very much to choose from.

Of the two major grocery stores in Patzcuaro proper Soriana Mercado has without a doubt the lowest prices. It also has one of the greatest Chinese restaurants that I have managed to find in all a Michoacan. There's also an eye glasses place and a technology booth along with a fashion boutique right as you enter. This branch has three ATMs a food court of its own including pizza and fried chicken.

Went for bathroom item but did not have many choices on colors or type of fixtures.
